  • 5 ChÌcken breasts boneless, fat and skÌn removed
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons mÌnced parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juÌce
  • 2 cloves garlÌc mÌnced
