Ingredients:
200 Dandelions

4 cups Water

5.5 cups Sugar

1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

2 packages Pectin

Instructions:

  1. Discard stems and remove petals from flower.


  2. Add petals to water and boil for about 4 minutes.


  3. Strain petals through several layers of cheesecloth and reserve 3 cups of the liquid.
